Year 10 Surf Trip 

On Friday 5 November, the year 10 Outdoor Education class travelled to Smith’s Beach on Phillip Island to participate in a surf lesson. 

It was amazing to be able to get out into the outdoors and immerse ourselves in nature after months in lockdown. For some students a new skill was learnt. Others were able to master their technique with the help of the instructors from Island Surf. 

A great day was had by all! Students and teachers were grateful to be able to travel away from Melbourne and participate in the practical components of our Outdoor Education course syllabus.
