Second-hand uniform shop
It's back! The second-hand uniform shop has reopened. The usual hours apply:
Tuesday afternoon 2.45pm to 3.45pm and Friday morning 8.15am to 9.15am.
New stock is needed. Families joining MGSC in 2022 are seeking second-hand items.Clean, good quality uniform items - summer, winter and sport - can be left at the General Office at anytime for resale or as a donation. Ensure they are labelled with your contact details. There is special sale day on for 2022 year 7 families on Orientation day, Tuesday 7 December, 1.30pm to 4pm.
Thank you to the PFA and the volunteers for providing this important service. The shop's final trading day for 2021 will be Friday 10 December.

Uniform policy compliance
From the commencement of Headstart, Monday 22 November, the MGSC uniform policy will be observed. Correct MGSC uniform must be worn. The following are items that are unacceptable:
- unauthorised jewellery
- unnatural hair colour
- fake nails
- short dress length
- scarves being worn with the summer uniform
- blazers not being worn to and from school
- use of non- MGSC school bags
There has been a grace period since students returned to school as we were so happy to have you resume classes onsite. However, please note unauthorised items will be confiscated and students may be excluded from attending school. If you have a legitimate reason for being out of uniform, a note from a parent/guardian must be presented to your Student Manager to obtain a uniform pass.
Official school uniform items can be purchased from the secondhand uniform shop and our official supplier, Bob Stewart Mentone. Bob Stewart offers an appointment service for the fitting of new uniforms. See their website bobstewart.com.au.
