Year 8 Camp Medical Action Plans

Online medical/consents are due for all Year 8 students very soon. Please complete these in a timely manner if you have not already done so. Our attendance lists, accurate medical information, dietary information is required to be sent to the camp provider next week (Week 9).

Does your child require an Action Plan for a medical condition?

According to our records in sickbay, we have still not received a valid (recently updated) Medical Action Plan for many students who have listed medical conditions. 

Action Plans are required for serious medical conditions, including Anaphylaxis, Asthma, Allergies (including food allergies), Diabetes etc.

Your child CANNOT ATTEND CAMP without these plans being updated and submitted BY THE END OF THIS TERM. 

The sickbay attendants have previously sent the required forms out to students/parents. It is now time to make sure these are updated and submitted to VSC. If you require additional forms or you aren’t sure whether your child’s plan is updated, please contact sickbay@vermontsc.vic.edu.au

If possible, please email a copy of the plan to sickbay@vermontsc.vic.edu.au (take a photo on your phone) or provide a copy to the school office in person asap. If you have any questions, or wish to discuss your child's individual medical condition, please call Vermont Secondary College on (03) 8872 6300.

Push Up Challenge

In regards to the Push-Up challenge, Vermont SC has currently raised the second most in donations in the state (as of Monday 7/06)!! Unreal effort by all of you so far; it'd be great to keep this momentum, so see if there is anyone else willing to make a donation to this great cause.

It is almost end of term, stay focussed, turn up to class on time and stay in contact with all your teachers by messaging them on Teams if you have any concerns.
