Blessings to all, as we journey through the wild weather event of last week. I hope everyone is safe and well supported.
Please know that the St Brigid’s Community is always here for support and assistance. Please do not hesitate to call out at any time.
May the generous, Sacred Heart of our loving Lord guide us in all we do.

School photos will go ahead on Tuesday, June 22nd (full winter uniform- middle and senior students can bring sports uniform and/or runners to change into for PE lessons ).
As part of our reporting and communication process, and as per latest Operoo communication, student reports will go live on the parent portal late Monday, June 21st. Optional Parent/Teacher interviews will be held onsite on Thursday, June 24th. Online booking details have been shared via Operoo. Students will be dismissed at the usual time.
As announced in our last newsletter, Lana Gusak is taking up a classroom position next term in Keilor. We wish Lana every blessing in her new endeavours.
We welcome Jessica Trembath-Glasson who will be commencing as our new Physical Education Teacher in term 3. Jessica comes to us with experience and additional study in regard to Physical Education and Sports Coordination. I know you will warmly welcome Jessica into our wonderful community.
We welcome Katrina Buttigieg and Bec Caldwell who are working with our students as part of our tutoring and learning support programs.
We extend our best wishes to Mr Tony Falls, Principal at our sister school, Holy Cross, New Gisborne, who has announced his retirement. Tony will commence this new life stage at the end of July and we wish him every happiness.
Congratulations to all who attended the online Confirmation Family Faith Night on Thursday and participated in such a reverent and engaged manner. Heartfelt thanks to Nelson Graham from MACS for running this excellent event.
The 2022 enrolment process continues. I am currently holding onsite or remote interviews and these will continue throughout term 3. We welcome our 2022 preps and all new families to our inclusive and caring community.
A reminder that Catholic Secondary School enrolments for current Year 5 children will close in Term 3.
