SCHOOL DISCO

The School Disco is coming up on Friday 4th of June so please save that date. 

It will be held in the hall and there will be two sessions.

Session 1 - 5.45pm - 7pm: Foundation to Grade 3

Session 2 - 7.15pm - 8.30pm: Grade 3 – Grade 6

*Grade 3 can choose either session (but not both)

As you hopefully know already - the student disco is coming up very soon and hopefully your kids are getting excited, I know the DJ’s and I certainly are!  

All our PFA volunteers put in a lot of effort to give the kids a great night, and everyone attending (helpers and everyone just doing drop-off and pick-up) have a part to play in making it fun and stress-free for all. 

There will be more details coming, but right now we need your help to run the night.  We simply can’t do it without parent helpers, so please let us know if you can help with any of the below:

First Aid; if you have any first aid experience, we need someone for each of the sessions (or one person willing to do both).

DJ / Audio Setup; our DJs need help with setup and pack-up, if you know what a banana plug is (or are willing to find out) we need you!

General Monitoring and Canteen crew; If you have a fear of band aids and audio equipment, but know how to herd cats - you can help with supervision and selling icy poles 😊.

If you can help with any of the above please contact me asap, and please also indicate:

• Do you have a Working With Children check?
• What times / sessions can you volunteer for?
• Anything in particular you want to help with (Audio Setup / Canteen / First Aid / don’t mind)
