Your wellbeing is just as important as your child’s:  Check out this article, shared previously with our staff, that really captures how you might be feeling this lockdown. 

 

The Department of Education offers some great resources to support you and your families during this time. Children will present their frustrations and disappointments with you in a range of ways – its important to validate their feelings and help them to re-frame their thinking and teach them some strategies they can use to help them feel positive, connected and optimistic about the week ahead.
