Chip-in on                       My School Connect

MSC offers schools the option to raise money by asking families for a voluntary donation when finalising their orders at check out.

This year, we will be supporting State Schools Relief as well as raising funds to update the exterior of the canteen. All money raised through the 'Chip-in' feature of MSC will be split between these two initiatives.

State Schools Relief supports students whose families cannot supply the basic necessities required to participate fully in their education - uniform, school shoes and educational needs. Positive outcomes achieved by this initiative include improved school attendance, improved self-image and wellbeing as well as increased student engagement.

A number of families at RHPS are helped directly by State Schools Relief.

This year the exterior of canteen will be having a much needed facelift! We will be adding outdoor furniture, wall murals and a replacing the old laser light roof section of our under cover area.

Please consider making a small voluntary donation when finalising your child's order.

Term 2 Roster

I'm in the process of organising the canteen roster for next term and I'm in desperate need of new helpers. Please call the office or drop me a note if you (or other family members) are willing to give a few hours once or even twice a term. Canteen helpers have lunch provided. Please help if you can.

Current volunteers - could you please send me a message ASAP if your availability has changed or if you would like to work on specific dates. 

Re-usable items:        

Re-usable insulated lunch order bags can be purchased through My School Connect (within the Extras Tab), at the canteen window or at the school office for $13. These are a great way to keep hot or cold items at the correct temperature and of course, to help reduce waste.

Canteen also sells Travel Cups for Milo or Icy Moo Juice (milk) These cups come in 3 different colours and sell for $3.50. The first fill is FREE!! Refills are $1.50 (Milo) and $1 (Icy Moo Juice)

Easter Morning Tea

Our next special event will be an Easter Morning Tea, which will be held on Tuesday 24th March. Orders are now live on My School Connect and must be finalised by 9.30 am this Friday 13th March.
