Lower Secondary (Years 7-8)

This week, year 7/8 students continued to have time to settle in after the 2-week holiday. They slowly returned to their daily routines and adjusted to the new timetable. Students explored the ideas of "wants" and "needs" as they began to unfold the Inquiry topic for this Term, Economy. In Maths, students learned about solving addition problems, collecting data and money. They also started to identify different jobs, and planned for their job application writing in the following weeks.

ASDAN

This term we have resumed our offsite programs with great enthusiasm.

This week we were pleasantly surprised when we found our vegetables growing nicely at Westvale Gardens. All of the students were able to take freshly picked spinach home

ASDAN students have also been enjoying developing their independent living skills by engaging in shopping activities, buying their own lunches and socialising with new friends.
