Kindness Celebration

At the end of term 1 the school celebrated a term of kindness with a Colour Run. Some of our staff also took part in the World's Greatest Shave raising over $14,000 for the cancer council!!! Such an amazing act of kindness. Students and staff enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of fun and laughter celebrating a fantastic first term.

Term 2 Character Pillar - HOPE

In term 2 our character pillar focus is HOPE. Hope is the belief that circumstances will get better. It’s not a wish for things to get better —it’s the actual belief, the knowledge that things will get better, no matter how big or small. Hope is not about wishing things will be better in the future but rather expecting that good things will happen and directing your efforts towards future goals.

Hope is essential in our lives and when we are overwhelmed or afraid, focusing on our attention on hope can help us to cope and thrive.

Try talking with you child about theirs hopes and dreams for the future and discuss the steps they will need to work towards to achieve these goals.

Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL)

In the holidays our new signage arrived and the wonderful GAs installed these both on the main site and on campus. They are a visual reminder for us all to be responsible, safe and respectful wherever we are and whatever we are doing.
