UNE Open Day

Year 12 attended an Open Day at UNE, participating in guided academic tours including:  Science & Technology interactive tours, Medicine info sessions and tours, Criminal Justice lectures, Law and Business school tours, Nursing lab simulations, Animal House, Natural History Museum Glasshouse tours, Sport UNE tours, and obtained individual course advice. 

There was lots on the go and the students valued the day and are excited about their future studies. 

UAC Visit

Matt Bright from UAC delivered an informative, insightful and inspirational presentation on how ATARs are calculated and how to apply to university through UAC to our Year 11 and 12s.

NW Regional Careers Expo

Years 10, 11 and 12 students were invited to attend a NW Regional Careers Expo. Those interested students travelled to Tamworth to participate in the workshop.   The students had a 

GREAT time exploring career pathways, investigating university and TAFE courses, traineeships and apprenticeship and networking with business. 

Our very own former Duval student, Angus Gasbarri, was representing Chartered Accountants.
