From our Stall Co-ordinators

Cake Stall (Gateaux #1)

Bakers  - ready, set, Bake!  We need as many families as possible to bake cakes, slices and other baked goodies to sell at Gateaux #1.

Given the school holidays are fast approaching, we are planning to distribute baking packs for all Year 9 students to take home on the first day of term four (Monday 8 October).  There will also be extra packs available should you have the capacity to bake more than one plate.  Gluten free options are always popular and we will have a separate section at Gateaux #1 to cater for gluten free options.  Christmas cakes are also very popular so if this is your speciality, we would appreciate your contribution!

We will ensure there are clear instructions for labelling your baked products in the baking packs  - all ingredients must be listed or we are unable to sell the baked products if all ingredients are not listed.  Your greatly appreciated baked products can be dropped off at both the Secondary school and Joigny pick up and drop off areas on Friday 12 October, or you can drop off your baked products on the morning of the French Village Fair.   Please note, there is a separate cupcake stall at the French Village Fair.

We need volunteers to staff the stall across the duration of the fair - please volunteer your time here.

Showbag Stall

This is a new stall for the 2018 French Village Fair and we are excited to be coordinating this!  We are confident this stall will be popular and need your support to sell showbags across the day.  Please volunteer your time here (link to the volunteer roster site)

Cath Green is coordinating both Le Gateaux #1 and the Showbag stalll and can be contacted on 0404 480 425 or email if you have any questions.

Looking forward to all Year 9 parents and girls contributing to our two stalls!  Thanks in advance for your support in raising as much money as possible towards Sophie's Farm.
