The first week back has provided a busy but happy start to the new school year.
Many thanks to all families for your support as we work through the new process of twice-weekly Rapid Antigen testing. This process is expected to continue through until week 4, with further Rapid Antigen tests expected for distribution in week 3.
Thank you also to the many families who have completed their 2022 Parent payments. If you have not already done so, please refer to the Parent Payment page of this newsletter for assistance on how to pay.
As previously advised, Heather is taking on a new position in 2022 which means we now have a vacancy for a business manager. Interested persons are invited to apply via DET Recruitment online. (Job no. 1264778)
Many thanks to Heather for her ongoing support during the transition phase and a warm welcome to Amanda Harvey who has joined our administration team on a part-time basis.

The football season is just around the corner and, on Wednesday, students in Years 1-4 will have a chance to hone their skills in a special football clinic, presented by AFL North East Border.
Our annual Swimming Carnival will be held next Friday 11th February from 9.15am - 2pm. Volunteers are required to assist on the day and we would really appreciate your support at this event. If you can help, please speak to Nicole, Steph or myself.
Next week, our School Breakfast Club program will resume on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. This is a free service which is provided thanks to the ongoing support of Food Bank, Food Share, OSHC and our local Red Cross volunteers.
Book Club catalogues have been sent home this week. Please ensure all orders and payments are submitted online by Friday 18th February. Points earned from Book Club go towards the purchase of books for our library.
