COVIDSafe
The current COVIDSafe guidelines for our school community are defined in the School Operations Guidelines provided for all Victorian government schools by the Department of Education & Training (DET). We seek your support and cooperation to ensure that our school and the wider community remain as safe as possible as we navigate our way through the COVID19 pandemic.
We encourage all EHPS students to continue to do a Rapid Antigen Test twice a week on school days. If you report a positive test result, please inform the school.
Face masks are compulsory for all adults onsite and Years 3 to 6 students, and recommended for Prep to Year 2. Teachers are exempted only when teaching in the classroom; face masks must be worn at all other times.
If your child is unwell then they must test negative on a RAT/PCR and have no symptoms to be at school.

2022 Term Dates
Term 1: Friday 28 January* to Friday 8 April
Term 2: Tuesday 26 April to Friday 24 June
Term 3: Monday 11 July to Friday 16 September
Term 4: Monday 3 October to Tuesday 20 December
* Statewide student-free day in all Victorian government schools.
Students are dismissed at 2.30pm at the end of Terms 1, 2 and 3, and at 1.30pm at the end of Term 4.

Care provided by OSHC program from 7am to 6pm.

Whole School Assembly
Our whole school Assembly is usually held every Monday at 2.40pm in Stadium, however school operations guidelines have not permitted assemblies until recently.
We are adapting how we hold these important gatherings as permitted by the COVIDSafe guidelines. Participation by parents/guardians is currently by invitation, and our IT staff have enabled participation from classrooms so that physical distancing can be maintained.
Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)
Before School Care - 7am to 8.45am
After School Care - 3.30pm* to 6pm (* Prep Care from 2.30pm until Friday 18 February).
Student-free/Curriculum Day (four per year) - 7am to 6pm
Vacation Care (Monday to Friday during school holidays) - 7am to 6pm

Uniform
Our uniform supplier is PSW.
Waverley PSW Retail Outlet is at 342-350 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley.
Secondhand uniform is managed by our Parents & Friends Club. Contact the Office if required. Donations always welcome; deliver to Office during office hours.
Lost property - there are four boxes for lost items that are located outside the Eucalyptus, Violet and Banksia buildings and in the foyer of the Stadium. Ensure all items brought to school are clearly named so they can be returned if lost. Students may check the boxes during school hours; parents/guardians are currently permitted to attend after school hours to check the boxes.

SunSmart compliant hat to be worn every day in Terms 1 and 4.
School Tours
For 2022 & 2023 entry - Wednesday & Friday at 9.30am. Bookings essential. Commenced Wednesday 2 March.
