ENROLLING AT CATHOLIC COLLEGE WODONGA FOR 2023 – IMPORTANT CHANGES

If you, or someone you know, is thinking about enrolling a child for Year 7 2023, there are some things to be aware of.

The College has changed its enrolment process.

· Three forms to fill out, each due by a set date.

· Enrolment season starts in March, not May.

· To be eligible for a first-round interview, apply by Monday 28 March. Forms received after that date may result in your family being placed in a later interview round – when less places are available.

The critical thing to remember is:

Apply between 1 - 28 March.

This is for all year levels, not just Year 7.

CCW 2023 ENROLMENT TIMELINE (ROUND 1 INTERVIEW)

	Week 9	Monday 28 March	Enrolment Applications Close – families submit applications Application Fee payable $55 CEW schools/$110 other schools
		Tues 29 March -Friday 1 April	Executive Discernment

STAGE 2	Week 10	4 – 8 April	Provisional Offer – Request for Information (via email to families) Parents/guardians can accept the PROVISIONAL enrolment by completing and returning the Offer of Enrolment: Request for Information form. This form will be supplied to parents/carers by the school.

	Week 1	Friday 29 April	Provisional Offer – Request for Information returned
	Week 4	Wednesday 18 May	School will conduct enrolment interviews. Online Interview Booking System open for parents
	Week 5	Wednesday 25 May	Online Interview Bookings Close
	Week 7	Monday 6 June to Thursday 9 June	2023 Enrolment Interviews (via zoom) (Year 7 & 8 only)
	Week 7	Friday 10 June	2023 Enrolment Interviews (via zoom) (Year 9 to 12) Semester 2, 2022 Interviews (via zoom as applicable)
	Week 8	Tuesday 14 to Friday 17 June	Executive Discernment School will make final enrolment decisions based on the Enrolment Priority Criteria and notify parents/carer. If applications meeting the criteria exceed places available, the school may establish a waiting list.
STAGE 3	Week 9	Monday 20 June to Friday 24 June	Offer of Position - Enrolment Agreement (via email) Parents/guardians whose child is offered a place at our school will receive an Enrolment Agreement* form*
	TERM BREAK	Friday 1 July	Enrolment Agreement (Stage 3) RETURNED The Enrolment process is completed when the parent/carer returns the signed Enrolment Agreement
