Helping Your Children Cope With Change

We have all been through a lot of changes in the last few years and in particularly over the Christmas school holidays and now returning to school. Guiding your child through the changes by focusing on what they can control, rather than the things that are out of their control, will help them with navigating through their emotions in a more manageable way and build their confidence in their own abilities.
