STUDENTS WITH MEDICAL CONDITIONS

If you have indicated on your enrolment form, or advised us that your child has a medical condition then we must have a current medical action plan. Parents will be notified by email to provide this information to the office if we do not have it.

It is of the utmost importance that we have current medical information so that we may care for your child appropriately, if the need arises.

CSEF - Camps, Sports, Excursion Fund 

Is available to eligible Healthcare card holders. Please complete the required form (available on Compass)  and return it to the Office along with a copy of your Healthcare card for your application to be submitted. The $125 payment will be made to the school to be allocated towards applicable events throughout the year.

MASKS 

Just a reminder that students 8yrs and above need to have a mask at school. It may be a good idea to place a few spare masks in a zip lock bag in their schoolbag so that they always have a mask available.

It is for your child's protection as well as that of the other students and teachers.

FAMILY CONTACT DETAILS

It is very important that we have your current contact details at the school and that you are available as we may phone you if your child is sick, injured or for any other reason.

BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE - THEIRCARE

Before and after care is available at SMPPS through Theircare. If you are interested please go to their website to register your child, there you will also find details on the program and costs. 

It's a good idea to register your child even if you don't intend on using it regularly, in case you need the service for an unplanned event (like running late for pick up).
