Careers Education Survey

Dear parents/guardians,   

We are seeking both you and your student’s participation in a short (10 minutes) online survey about careers education at our school. This is an opportunity to provide feedback to help improve future career education at our school. Your participation in the survey is voluntary. You do not have to participate if you don’t want to, and you can stop the survey at any time if you change your mind.   This research is being undertaken by Urbis, an independent research consultancy who have appointed by the Victorian Department of Education and Training.

• For your child: We’ll need your consent for your child to participate in the survey. Please read and sign the information and consent form by clicking here

Our school will also receive the following vouchers for students who complete the survey, so please encourage your child/ren to participate.

• $100 Dymocks voucher for 10 student completes
• $250 Dymocks voucher for 50 student completes
• $500 Dymocks voucher for 100 student completes

You will not be able to save your responses as you go, so please leave your browser window open if you cannot complete the survey in one sitting. The survey will be open until 21 November 2022.
