As always there is plenty going on in and around the school. Here are some important dates and events to keep an eye out for. Don't forget to save the dates.

July Activities

WEDNESDAY 20th July - Divison Netball. Grade 5/6.
FRIDAY 22nd July - Pyjama Day.
TUESDAY 26th July - Dinosaur Incursion. Grade P-2.
TUESDAY 26th July - Division Girls Football. Grade 5/6.
WEDNESDAY 27th July - Division Boys and Mixed Football. Grade 5/6.
FRIDAY 29th July - Weeroona Rock Band visiting.

Reports and Student Learning Conferences

Reports went out on Thursday 14th July, Week 1. These are available via Compass.

Student Learning Conferences will be on the 28th July in Week 3.

Epsom's Got Talent 🤩

Auditions begin in Week 3, starting the 25th of July.

🔵 Allen auditions – Week 3, 25/7 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

🟣 Balak auditions – Week 4, 1/8 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

🟢 Howard auditions – Week 5, 8/8 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

🟡 Potter auditions – Week 6, 15/8 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

🤹‍♀️ Staff auditions – Week 7, 22/8 – Monday (after school)

This year we are inviting PARENTS to enter Epsom’s Got Talent. Please send through a video of you completing your talent to lincoln.jacobs@education.vic.gov.au

We are looking to select one parent to represent each house in the final. All students, parents and staff that audition will receive one house point. The more that audition, the more points your house will receive. Those who make the final of Epsom’s Got Talent will receive a greater amount of house points.

The final will be held in week 9 of this term. A trophy and perpetual shield have been ordered and we are in the process of booking some highly talented, extremely famous judges.

Lunchtime Clubs

Our students (and staff) have really embraced the clubs at lunchtime this semester. This is a well-being initiative we will continue this semester with the addition of some new and exciting inclusive activities, including our AUSLAN Choir and Karaoke.

100 Days of Prep

On the 12th of August, our Preps will be excited for this one! Their teachers and they will be all dressed up as Centenarians. We can't wait to celebrate 100 days of prep!

Science Week

Parents are invited to attend our Science Day on August 18. More details to come!

Book Week Dress Up Parade

Time to let your creativity run wild with the book week dress up. This year it will be held on the 25th of August. More details to come, so watch this space!
