A Message from the Chair

Dear Endeavour Community,         

At a meeting on May 31, 2022, the Endeavour College Board undertook to develop a new strategic plan to guide the school’s development over the next five years. 

This is an exciting initiative that prompts us to take stock of where we are now and where we want to be in the future.

The Board wants to ensure the priorities developed through the planning process deliver an outstanding education and opportunities for students while continuing to build a nurturing, welcoming school community. We recognise that each of us has a unique insight into what works well now and what could be improved in the future, and we want you to share those insights with us so we can make the best possible decisions about the way forward.

We will be asking students, parents and staff to help by completing questionnaires and attending workshops, more details of which will be provided in the coming weeks. 

The planning process will be undertaken over the next six months, with the aim of having a new strategic plan approved by the Board by December 6 2022.
