Prayer

Lord, open our hearts, that we may be truly alive to all the sounds and colours of your Spirit among us:

The trickles and the waterfalls, the flickers and the fireworks, in the ordinary, in the mundane, in the unknown;

In the stirrings that echo in our hearts and excite us, dare us, free us.

Overturn our expectations, and explode our complacencies, that this Pentecost will be as the first - a new beginning, overflowing with possibility and passion and all that brings life and healing and you.
