Year 7 Badminton

I had the pleasure of accompanying Mr Cooke’s Year 7 Badminton Squads (Boys & Girls) and Yen Le of Year 10 as their Manager & part-Coach. Mr Cooke, Yen and William Tran (Year 10 also) had the students well drilled.

All students were very well behaved, enjoyed the day and competed strongly. 

The Girls team were undefeated with convincing performances; they easily won through to the next round. The Boys team tried their best and finished a very good second to Gilson College. They should all be very proud of themselves.

Year 7 Boys Soccer 

The boys were an absolute credit to the school. They played some good soccer and demonstrated outstanding effort throughout the day. 

The results for the boys were:

Epping 4-1 Mill Park

Epping 14-1 Mernda

Epping 0-4 Hazel Glen

Overall, the boys finished 2nd.

Senior Boys Netball

The Senior Boys Netball Team travelled to a fantastic new venue in Diamond Creek this year. They started the day off very strongly and played some amazing netball. 

The boys finished on top of the ladder and will now progress onto the next round. Well Done, Boys!
