Thank You - Soccer Canteen

On behalf of the Griffins Soccer Club community, I would like to express appreciation for our recent Soccer Canteen. The day was a complete success. Jess Bessen did a fantastic job coordinating the food and the menu, supported by Anette Quartermaine. Together they were a dynamic team and did an outstanding job. We also sold out of all the food – hotdogs, hamburgers, toasted sandwiches, mac 'n' cheese, soup, wraps and cakes.

Thank you to our hardworking and passionate volunteers, who gave so much time to our canteen success, we are so incredibly lucky to have you in our club.

I have never been prouder to be involved in a club with such a giving spirit and family atmosphere. It was wonderful to see parents and players alike helping in the canteen and with pitch set up. It is a great environment, and one I hope continues in the future.
