Young Archies – Year 10 Artists

Back in term 1, students were given the opportunity to take part in a National Art competition run by the Art Gallery of New South Wales titled ‘Young Archies’. The works had to be about someone in a student’s life that meant a lot. Two students made a significant effort: Eric Luu of 10A and Hachi Dinh of 10D. Normally the competition, finalists and winners are named by mid-year. Due to the pandemic, results won’t be announced until later in the year. I want to thank all students who made an effort, especially Eric and Hachi. Their respective works showed talent, ability and thoughtful responses.
