Taiko Group Performance

On 23rd of March, Jissen Women’s University’s students from Japan visited our school, and the taiko group performed “Umi (Ocean)” for them at a special assembly.

Our taiko group now consists of Grade 5 and 6 students only, and they have had just 3 lessons before the performance. They costumed professionally and played amazingly. I handed all Grade 4 students out the Choir and taiko group commitment form. If your child in Grade 4 is interested in choir or taiko, please fill in the form and hand it in to me by Monday 7th March.
