Foundation

Students learnt about ANZAC Day while they made some cute Anzac Bears.

The Foundation students have been using the unifix blocks to help work out addition sums. 

Year 1/2

Reading: The students have looked closely at identifying the messages in their books.

Writing: The students wrote a recount about all the wonderful things they did in the school holidays.

Maths: The students had fun using informal units to measure things.

Easter Activity: The students made these cute Easter crafts.

Year 5/6

Students have been working hard across all learning areas in the classroom. We have seen lots of great work done in Blitzmaster, Book CLub, Writing and Spelling. Congratulations to all students for putting in such a great effort!

Winter Sport - Year 5/6 students travelled to NUmurkah Primary School to play Football, Netball and Softball. Soccer players stayed at school and played a game against other students.

Year 6 Netball Team - played very well with a few shining stars. Close Game, but unfortunately we had a 4-2 loss.

Year 5 Netball Team - played a fantastic game and came away the winners with a score of 9-6.

Softball - Well done to everyone on an excellent game! CPS were very happy with their win 10-8.

Football - A great game of football was played with everyone having lots of fun! Well done on a fantastic win with a score of 35-28. 

Garden

Our Pineapple Sage has grown huge! We have had lots of new faces in the garden lately, with Adam, one of our frequent gardeners, showing the other students how to get nectar from the flowers!
