Parents and Friends

WE NEED YOU!

The P & F needs more members! Our most recent meeting on Tuesday only garnered 6 attendees and unfortunately this is not enough to ensure all our wonderful school events that our community enjoys can continue at the rate & level we are hoping! Our aim is to have many hands making light work, so nobody is doing too much, but rather just helping when they can!

I will be posting our meetings and need for volunteers on our Facebook and Instagram pages and will also be sending Operoo's out. The School will also use some of our fundraising money for a Notice board to display flyers of upcoming events and important information.

We do need help for our Mother's Day event next week too!

On Thursday 11th May from  6-7.30pm we will need help with the following :

  • Setting up tables and chairs ready for the following morning
  • Decorating the Flower Photo Wall

If anyone has any time to spare that night please email me and let me know - I would love some help setting up! jmartin@safranksth.catholic.edu.au

Our next meeting will be on Thursday 1st June at 7.30pm. At this meeting we will be focussing on :

  • Movie Night (Thursday 15th June)
  • Fete committee - to plan a Fete for next year!
