KEY DATES FOR FEEDBACK & IMPROVEMENT

Dear Parents and Carers,

 

We congratulate students on their commitment to their studies and to College events during Term 1, 2023. In the first three weeks of Term 2, there will be an opportunity for students and parents to gather feedback on Term One results and to partner with teachers to reflect on opportunities and strategies for improvement. 

 

Key events and dates in this feedback and improvement cycle for Term 2 are: 

 

CONTINUOUS FEEDBACK

All Term 1/Unit 1 Assessment Feedback will be available to students and parents via MyMtA on Friday 21 April. This feedback will include commendations of work as well as identified areas of improvement to assist students in continuous improvement strategies.

 

TERM 2 ONLINE PARENT-TEACHER-STUDENT CONFERENCES WITH SUBJECT TEACHERS

Term 2 Online Parent-Teacher-Student Conferences with Subject Teachers will take place on Thursday May 4 (3.30-5.30pm) and Friday May 5 (8.30-3.00pm).

 

To accommodate these meetings, Friday May 5 will be a Learning from Home Day for students

 

Bookings for these interviews will open to parents, via MyMtA, on Tuesday 18 April and will close on Thursday 27 April, one week prior to the conferences. Further details regarding bookings and the logistics of this event will be shared with parents in Week 1 of Term 2.
