Parent Teacher Meetings

Thank you to all the families who were able to see their child’s teacher on either Monday 3rd or Wednesday 5th of April. Teachers very much appreciate meeting parents and sharing your child’s learning goals. We also hoped that by offering both methods of connecting face to face and online that we met the major of your needs. 

If you have not yet met with the child's classroom teacher please email them as soon as possible to organise a Parent Teacher interview time for next term. These rich conversations, using the evidence from pre and post testing give teachers a clear and evidence based snapshot of where your child sits on the learning continuum. 

Parent Teacher Interviews are just one way to share your child’s learning, to report to you about their progress and to set future goals. It also provides you a great opportunity to learn about your child’s emotional and social development as well as academics. At St Simon’s we see it as another way for us to build a relationship with families and this is important to us.
