Bottle Cap Mural
The students in the Green Team have been working on our bottle cap mural based on Oscar's (4T) design. The mural will include the slogan "Save Our Bees" as well as a honey comb pattern. The students have enjoyed arranging the bottle caps into formation on a large plywood board. The next step is to nail the caps to the board, the students are very excited about this part! Here are some photos of our progress so far.
Little Protectors Beach Clean Up
Please join us for a beach clean up run by some very motivated Year 1 students from Mentone Grammer who have named themselves the "Little Protectors". They have invited all students from Kingswood to join them in a beach clean up, followed by some environmental games and a free sausage sizzle. The details for the event are below. Please note that parents must attend with their children and are responsible for supervising them for the whole event.
