Meningococcal Vaccine Catch-up day Years 10, 11 & 12

Students who were absent for the Meningococcal Vaccine day on Wednesday 9 August will need to attend catch-up vaccine day at the College on Monday 18 September.

If you did not return a completed vaccine form and you would like your child to receive the Meningococcal ACWY vaccine, please complete attached consent form and return this to the College nurse by Wednesday 13 September.

Please note: Alternatively, students can receive the vaccine by appointment at the Central Immunisation Clinic, 16 Rheola St, West Perth,  phone contact:  9321 1312.

Head Lice Awareness Secondary School

There has been reported cases of head lice in Year 7.

Could parents please check their child for signs of head lice.
