Year 8 Medieval Day

On Friday 7th May our Year 8 students participated in our first ever Medieval Day.  It was such a fun, informative and successful day.  Many of our students dressed up in wonderful costumes to get into the spirit of the day. Students learnt so much about different aspects of Medieval life such as crime and punishment, fashion and dress as well as Medieval Japan.  Students particularly enjoyed experiencing some of the games that were played and training as a squire to take on a fighter with a weapon in the tournament.  Congratulations to all of our students for making the most of this special event.
