Biology Dissection

On Wednesday 12th May the Year 10s and Year 11s of the VCE Biology class had the exciting opportunity to dissect a sheep heart in pairs and a sheep pluck as a class. Mr Lake and Ms Tasi led the dissection and the students followed after, it was a very fascinating learning experience. This dissection would not have been possible without Marty, from Your Local Butchers in Malvern East, supplying us with the fresh hearts that we were able to dissect. Thank you Marty!
