Our boarding leaders and representatives, 12 students in total, met with Chef Nick and Chef Tyler in Week Four and had a valuable discussion about what was going well with the food and areas that they could suggest for improvements. The students discussed the morning and afternoon teas and lunches.

 

What did become clear, with representatives from every house present, was that food they loved in Anchorage wasn’t loved in Breaksea. And favourite afternoon teas for those in Endeavour was not enjoyed in Eclipse. There were some laughs about differences and suggested options provided. Each representative was asked to survey their own houses and bring back ideas for new menus. 

 

They are meeting again in Week Eight to discuss and plan the boarding menu, morning tea and lunches.
