Presentation Evening
Thank you to everyone who attended and supported our Presentation Evening held last week - students, parents & carers, award sponsors, presenters, performers and staff.
It was a most enjoyable opportunity to recognise and celebrate the many significant achievements of our students this year.

Term 5 - Activities Week
Our Activities Week will be held 11 to 17 December. This is a really enjoyable way to end the school year and an opportunity for students to broaden their educational experiences and to develop healthy, positive attitudes to leisure time.
Activities week builds on initiatives like "Grounded Day". Students and staff have indicated tat they value opportunities to build relationships with students outside of the classroom.
Our Term 5 Selection Booklet is available as an attachment on our website.
We hope that parents and students together carefully consider the available options and decide on those activities which are of most benefit and interest.
"Heading in the Right Direction"
We are very excited about an alternative learning pathway to the conventional HSC that is being offered to students in Stage 6 in 2020 and 2021.

Departing Year 12s
We remind our departing year 12 students, who haven't yet done so, to pop into the school with your text books and complete the sign out procedures.
This is also a valuable time for us to say goodbye and wish you well for your upcoming adventures.
Year 11 Reports
Semester 2 reports for Year 11 students are available from the parent portal at: https://asc.sentral.com.au/portal
If you have not registered for access to our Parent Portal, please contact the stage admin team for your specific login code.
Special Religious Education
Families of incoming Year 7 students are reminded to return their SRE (Special Religious Education) participation letter to the ASC Office, in person or by email.

Caps and Hats
As the weather is warming up, we are now selling ASC caps and hats from our school office for $15 each.
Whilst it is not mandatory for the students to wear these school branded hats, we strongly encourage sun safety and wearing sun protection.

Lost Property
The unclaimed pile at the front office is growing higher with items that have been found and are not labelled with the student's names.
Please can you ensure that uniform items are labelled so that they can be returned to the owner.
Canteen
Our P&C run canteen provides a valuable service to our school community each day and we are ever so grateful to the very small band of generous volunteers who donate their time in supporting this initiative.
If you are available on any regular day of the week to lend a hand, please let us know and Katie - who manages the canteen - will enthusiastically thank you and sign you up.
