CBC/PCW Music Camp

Music Camp this year was filled with lots of cordial, knitting and fun. We are both in the violin string ensemble and we really enjoyed practising and watching and hearing the songs improve and getting closer to the people in our band. In our break sessions it was really cool to listen to other bands perform. The food was really good compared to other camp foods that we've eaten. We really enjoyed getting closer with the people in our cabin.

My first Music Camp was a great experience. We rehearsed our pieces that we would be playing at the Music Showcase. When we weren't playing music we were reading, playing games, some of learnt how to knit. At night we watched some movies. The next night we had trivia followed by a disco, we danced, sang and waved our glow sticks in the air. On the second day we did a scavenger hunt where we had to find photos of Year 12, famous artists and the instrument they play. I had a great time.
