HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY

This week’s newsletter edition has a strong focus on Mother’s Day, so I would like to wish all our mothers and carers a wonderful Mother’s Day on Sunday.  As we know it will be different to the normal celebrations we have had in the past, but I am sure the children and dads will find a way to make you feel special.

BASKETBALL HOOPS

I am excited to announce that when students return to school, they will find new basketball hoops installed. Our Minister for Education, James Merlino MP approved funds of $16,000 through the 2019-20 School Pride and Sports Fund.

We sincerely thank Josh Burns MP, Federal Member for McNamara for this opportunity.

THANK YOU

As we approach mid-term 2, I want to extend a huge thank you to parents and carers for your work in assisting with the home learning program of our students.  We are very appreciative of all efforts, as we understand that it is very challenging for many.

TRIVIA NIGHT

I hope to see many of you at the Families & Friends Trivia Night this Friday. It should be a fun way to connect. Staying connecting is ever so important during this COVID-19 period.
