This Week's Updates

Dear Families,

It was so rewarding to see the many students and their families at our First Eucharist Commitment Mass yesterday at 9.45am Mass in our St John's church. I estimate we had 90% of our First Communion Candidates there. Thank you parents for taking the time and making the effort to be so involved in your child's Sacramental preparation in partnership with St James School and St John's Parish.

It's terrific to see opportunities for our community to gather once again. Special thanks to those who came to the Twilight Working Bee - more than we expected! Others are seizing the chance to ride to school together, and, hopefully we can offer the Parent Helper Course soon, so we are well prepared for when parents are allowed into classrooms. Stay tuned!

It’s hard to believe that next week will be our final newsletter for the term. This week’s update sheet has a number of important items so please read them carefully and respond as required.

Learning Conference Bookings

We are looking forward to this year's Learning Conferences taking place on site. For our new Prep families, these provide an opportunity for a three way, ten minute conference with parents, students and teachers.

Please make your bookings via this link -  School Interviews Log In

To help provide a few different option for parents we will have an optional early dismissal at 2 pm on Wednesday 31 March. Please complete both the Learning Conference registration as above and the early dismissal form when it is sent home tomorrow by Friday.

Thank you to the families who paid the first instalment of the 2021 fees last week.  Any outstanding instalments should be paid by the end of Term.  Up to date statements will be sent out early in Term 2.
