Education Week Maths Open-Arvo

Thank you to all the parents and carers who were able to make it on Wednesday afternoon for our Maths Open Arvo. It was great to see so many of you coming in to participate in fun maths activities and investigations with your children and their peers. The students were very excited to work with you and show off their mad maths skills. We hope you enjoyed yourselves as much as they did.

Maths is a currently a major focus at Northcote Primary School, and all of us teachers do our best to provide learning experiences for students that help them learn mathematical concepts and skills in fun and engaging ways that spark joy and curiosity. Wednesday afternoon was a great opportunity for us and the students to share some of that with you.
