Music To Your Ears
Recently the Music Department held an Evening Soiree to showcase to their friends and family the amazing pieces they have learnt and been working on throughout the Semester. The students put on an outstanding performance and should be super proud of themselves!
Keep your eyes peeled as their confidence grows we will be opening these events to the community.
Outdoor Education
This term, our Year 9 Outdoor Education students have been learning about the benefits of Jumping and Climbing on their health while enjoying 3 sessions at Jump and Climb. Their focus is now on learning about Indoor rock climbing and knot tying before our day trip to Hard Rock Indoor Rock Climbing.
On May 29-30, our Year 10 Outdoor Education classes came together to attend their final mountain bike experience- an overnight camp to Blores Hill.
Throughout the term they've learnt about the history and progression of mountain biking, how humans use the environment, how to safely participate and have naturally progressed their riding skills on the way.
Their studies culminated in an overnight camp where they showed off their riding skills, along with some intense camp games and unique fashion choices.
