The 2023 Parent Payments are available on Compass through Course Confirmation.
2023 AGREEMENTS
For those parents yet to complete their 2023 agreements please do so ASAP. Please ensure that in addition to the radio button please type explicitly either YES or NO in the question box for each agreement. If you don't then your agreement response will be invalid.
- 2023 HEPS ICT Acceptable Use Agreement (FD-4) or (L5-L6);
- 2023 Permission Photographs, Film and Recording; and
- 2023 Local Excursion Consent
Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund, (CSEF )
How Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund is used
The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) provides payments for eligible students to attend activities like:
- school camps or trips
- swimming and school-organised sport programs
- outdoor education programs
- excursions and incursions.
Families holding a valid means-tested concession card or temporary foster parents are eligible to apply. A special consideration category also exists. Schools must receive applications from families by 23 June 2023.
Payment amounts
Payments for 2023 are:
- $125 per year for eligible primary school students
- $225 per year for eligible secondary school students.
Payments are made directly to the school:
- from March onwards each year where the parent/carer’s concession card is assessed as valid on the first day of Term 1 and
- until 23 June where the parent/carer’s concession card is assessed as valid on the first day of Term 2.
Payments are for the application year and cannot be claimed for previous years.
If your child received CSEF in 2022, there is no need to re-apply, your application will be rolled over. If your family has a new sibling or your child is a new enrolment at HEPS in 2023 then a new application will be required.
