Victorian Premier's reading Challenge

Signing up to the Challenge is as easy as emailing Sophie in the Library on:

You will be sent a detailed information pack and then it’s time to add your books!    It isn’t a competition rather  a personal literacy challenge, no matter how many books are read or experienced the journey is worth it!

National Simultaneous Storytime 2023

At 11am on Wednesday 24 May: school, public and special libraries will be simultaneously reading the book  ‘Speedy Sloth’ (written by Rebecca Young and illustrated by Heath McKenzie).

Our school will be listening to the story being read by our Library Captains! 

Activities at Lunchtime and throughout the day include:

• Readings of ‘The speedy sloth’ 
• Sloth Mask Making
• Find the gold and green sloth hiding in the Library (hint it may have something to do with where they originate from!). 
• Sloth walking challenge
