Polding Hockey

Congratulations to Darcy Wood (Year 5) who participated in the NSW PSSA Hockey Championship in Tamworth last week. Darcy played 7 games over the week, finishing 7th. Well done Darcy, what an achievement!

Polding Cross Country

Congratulations to Hamish Crittenden, who competed at the NSWCPS-Polding Cross Country at the Sydney Equestrian Centre today. Hamish ran 3kms with a PB of 11:53.1 which placed him 21st overall - an amazing achievement. Well done, Hamish!

Basketball

The first basketball season of 2023 has officially wrapped up. Congratulations to all our teams and players who competed throughout the season. Can all players please start to bring back their basketball uniforms to the office or give them to Mr Paterson.

Term 2 Sport

This term for Friday sport students will participate in the Little Athletics Program. This program is aimed at teaching students the skills behind athletics and track and field events. Adam Jolliffe from Little Athletics Tamworth will coach the students in preparation for our school carnival in Term 3. The students have currently completed lessons on shot put, discus, long jump and sprinting. 

Future Dates

Trial day Wednesday 21st June - Junior girls and boys (10, 9 & 8 years) along with 11 years boys will be heading to the TRAC for trials in Long Jump and Discuss.
