Three Way Learning Conferences

A notice went out on Compass last week regarding  the Three Way Learning Conferences. These student led conferences will focus on learning and will be held in Weeks 9 and 10 of this term. To make a booking, please contact the office on 6765 4079.

Parent Information Session for First Communion

A reminder that the parent information session for First Communion (Eucharist) will be held this afternoon - Tuesday 13th June at 5.30pm in the Stage 2 learning space. This is for parents of Catholic children in Year 3 who are receiving this sacrament.  First Communion day is Sunday 25th June at the 9.00am Mass, St Patrick's Church.  Please contact the school office if you need further information.

P&F Pie Drive

The P&F are holding a Pie Drive. Order forms were sent out to families in Week 3. Please complete the order form and return to the office by Friday 30th June. Payment can be made by electronic transfer or cash. All monies raised will go to buy new resources for the school. Pies will be delivered to the school on Friday 21st July. 

P&F Meeting

Our next P&F meeting will be held on Tuesday 27th June at 5:30pm in the staffroom. All parents and friends are welcome to attend.

Year 6 Lake Burrendong Excursion

Our Stage 3 students and staff will be travelling to Lake Burrendong for their excursion on Wednesday 15th November to Friday 17th December 2023.

Parents should have received a Compass Event notification which will include excursion details, consent and payment options. The cost for each student is $400. 

The initial deposit was due  Friday 26th May 2023 with the remaining money to be paid in full by Friday 2nd November.

COVID

Please continue to monitor your children for any Covid symptoms particularly as we enter the winter months. If a student or staff are unwell and have any symptoms they should always test for COVID-19 and not attend school until they are symptom free. 

If a student or staff member receives a positive result with a RAT or PCR test they should:

1. Record the positive result through the Services NSW website or app
2. Notify the school of the positive results as soon as possible

School Fees

Thank you to those families/carers for your ongoing support of St Joseph's Primary School and prompt payment of school fees.

Payment options are indicated on the bottom section of your statement. By choosing the Bpay form of payment, you are able to set up a payment plan. You can stop, start or change it to suit your requirements. You can also view and pay your fees through the Compass Parent Portal. We continue to accept cash and have EFTPOS facilities available at the school.

All canteen, clothing pool and uniform purchases will continue to use QKR.
