National Day of Action Against Bullying & Violence

Next Friday the 20th of March is ‘National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence’. Teesdale Primary School will again be participating in this important day that encourages schools around Australia to take a stand together against bullying.

But what is bullying?

Bullying has three main features:

  • It involves a misuse of power in a relationship
  • It is ongoing and repeated, and
  • It involves behaviours that can cause harm.

Please visit ‘Bullying. No Way!’ for more information about:

  • what is and isn’t bullying
  • a series of short animated videos explaining bullying
