Year 1

The class wrote a poem about being a windy day for the shared stories book and here are a few of the gorgeous paintings that were made as a result.

Year 2

The Year Two students created some wonderful responses to the Mexican Day of the Dead festival where we discussed that there is a big street parade and the community celebrates by decorating brighly coloured masks with flowers and facepaint to remember the spirits of their friends and families. The students created these with mixed collage, papers, oil pastels and imaginations.
