Hello Vice Captain Kevin here this week,

Today I am going to talk about School Hats, Wear It Purple Day, Book Week and how it all went. 

Book Week

Last Friday we had our Book Week Costume Parade, it was amazing! I was surprised as most students came with something to wear, more than 60% of the whole school came with a costume on.  I saw a lot of creative costumes including some made of cardboard, paper, water bottles and more. I want to thank everyone who came in a costume and gave it a go.  See some photos in the Book Week Parade section.

Wear It Purple Day

Congratulations to all the students and staff who wore purple on Wear It Purple Day on Monday. There was lots of different shades of purple around the school. We wore purple to show that we support people to be the best person they can be.

Well done everyone!

Wearing a school hat

As of today, the 1st of September, students need to be wearing a school hat as part of their school uniform. Please make sure it is a SCHOOL HAT as other hats wont be allowed and you will need to sit in the No Hat No Play area during play times. Our school is a Sun Smart School. This is great as hats protect us from the sun.
