From the Principal

I would like to take the opportunity to wish all our students, families and staff a safe and relaxing school break.

It has been a wonderful start to the year with our students making great academic progress and building their confidence as learners. We continue to encourage our students to take ownership of their learning and to set personal goals not only for their academic progress but within their sporting, musical or other personal endeavours.

There has been a positive vibe in the College this term, we are noticing students making a better effort to engage with one another. There is a real sense of community and belonging and students are showing pride in their school.

The students are the heart of everything that we do at Cheltenham Secondary College.

Monday 24th April is a Professional Practice Day for staff, this is a student-free day, we look forward to welcoming the students back to the College on Wednesday 26th April.

Regards

Karl Russell
