SWAG - Science and Agriculture

This term has been extremely busy for all stages of Science. Year 7 are settling in and learning the rules of the Laboratory and how to use all of the equipment. They are all very excited about the chemistry experiments they are carrying out. Year 8 students have been immersed in living words, investigating various body systems and their functions. They were even able to dissect a heart. Year 9 students have participated in some amazing chemistry experiments, investigating how elements break and form bonds. Year 10 has advanced their physics knowledge by investigating how force is applied to everyday objects.

All agriculture students have been working hard to prepare pumpkins and chickens for the Camden Show and the Royal Easter Show. The year 12 students have been heavily involved in halter training our new sheep, which has been an exciting addition to our farm.
