Package delivery - School photographs will be returned approximately 6 weeks after the day of photography. Please note this delivery timeframe is dependent on proofing and additional photography days at your school.
Previous Years' photos - Past years' photographs including sports, co-curricular and representative groups are also available to order under the 'previous years or group photo' tabs at your school's advancedorder site when you click on the 'Order School Photos Here' button above. You can also order past packages, portrait images and gifts from your child's unique, individual and secure advancedyou image archive site using the unique 9 digit image code found on packages you have ordered in the past
Update - Year 7 and Year 10 Vaccinations
NSW Health has forwarded the information sheet below to assist families who are having difficulty logging on to register online for the upcoming vaccinations:
You may phone absences in on 47579022 (Student Reception) if you require your child to leave during the school day please put this in writing.
Extended Leave Students who require more than 5 days of leave will head principal approval please find form on Portal and email seniorschool@bmgs.nsw.edu.au
Where do I collect my child during the school day?
The person collecting the student must collect them from Student Reception and sign them out.
What do I do if my child is sick at school?
Student must report to Sickbay for assessment/ monitoring.
Students must not contact parent/carer
The school will then phone parent/carer to organised for someone to collect

Where is Lost Property?
Have you placed your child’s name clearly in their school uniform, items, etc
Please come to Senior Student Reception if you have lost something.

Excursions
Excursion Permissions are a legal requirement for school records and have gone Digital. A written response by completion of forms are requirement for school records.
