At a Secondary College in Geelong
The Bellarine Peninsula
My fiance and I have been coming to Mt Beauty for the past 10 years especially over winter. I’ve always loved the idea of living here, so we made the idea reality, trading the beaches for the mountains.
I’ve been a maths specialist for the past 5 years and have always been interested in science. Maths is in everything and I love supporting students in growing their critical thinking and problem solving skills
I love encouraging students to have a more positive mindset in their learning and especially maths. The best thing is those light bulb moments in learning where students are able to make connections and see their growth.
I worked on my family farm as a kid, but my first actual job was piano teaching.
Yes – I’m the youngest of 3. I have an older brother and sister. I was the mediator of the family out of my siblings!
My sister.
My Vans.
I just returned from a ski holiday in Japan and everything was good! Fresh sashimi and okanamiyaki if I have to name something.
I’d like to travel and explore more locally, especially to go on camping trips. Now we are living here it will be really nice to explore the area in other seasons.
Yes. Absolutely. Who wouldn’t want to? A lifetime opportunity.
Australian Indie hits on spotify.
I still love YA fiction and rom-coms or thrillers (Steven King)
In Australia – Falls Creek. In Japan - Hakuba.
I haven’t skied there yet – but I would love to go to the Swiss Alps to ski.
Snowboard. I’ve never tried skiing…yet!
Nope. I’m a really organised person. I don’t let myself get into those situations.
Yes, 2 dogs – a border collie named Krystal who is an absolute delight – so well-behaved and calm and a kelpie named Arch who is a real sweetheart and who loves a cuddle. They both love it here and going for lots of walks and adventures.
Yes, everything is so close - I haven’t had to drive my car anywhere yet (excluding day trips). I love the pondage walk and the community as a whole.
